Responsibilities

• Visit active job sites to capture before, during, and after photos and short videos
• Create and post content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Keep our website project galleries up to date with fresh, organized photos
• Post updates and photos to our Google Business profiles (we manage several company brands)
• Edit short-form videos (reels, time-lapses, project walkthroughs)
• Coordinate with our project managers and crews to know when and where to shoot
• Track what's working and suggest ideas to grow our following and bring in leads

Requirements

• Experience running social media for a business (please include a portfolio or links to accounts you've managed)
• Strong eye for photos and video; comfortable shooting on a phone or camera
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and ability to travel to job sites
• Comfortable on active construction sites and following safety rules
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently

Preferred

• Construction or home improvement experience is a plus, not required
