Job Summary

Own end-to-end social media content creation for the brand, from idea to publish, focusing on short-form video and photo storytelling across platforms.

Lead concept development and filming for weekly short-form videos across multiple channels.
Publish and manage posts across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and related platforms.

Responsibilities

Video Content Creation
Produce, shoot, and editing short-form videos weekly.
Creative Idea Development
We want someone who enjoys generating creative ideas, following trends, and testing new formats.
Social Media Publishing & Scheduling
The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for managing the daily publishing schedule to meet the goals of the team.
Photo Content Creation
In addition to video content, this role will also support photo-based social media posts.
Event and Field Content
Our team regularly participates in events, training, and community activities that should be documented through social media, as well as on jobsite filming.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is comfortable producing content consistently and working in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Preferred

Video editing experience using editing software
Experience managing social media accounts for a business
Photography skills
Graphic design skills
Experience using social media scheduling tools
