Job Description
Responsibilities
- Produce, shoot, and editing short-form videos weekly.
- We want someone who enjoys generating creative ideas, following trends, and testing new formats.
- The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for managing the daily publishing schedule to meet the goals of the team.
- In addition to video content, this role will also support photo-based social media posts.
- Our team regularly participates in events, training, and community activities that should be documented through social media, as well as on jobsite filming.
Requirements
- Experience creating short-form video content
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Strong understanding of social media trends
- Comfortable filming and editing content quickly
- Ability to produce a high volume of content consistently
- Strong creativity and storytelling ability
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage posting schedules
- Comfortable working around technicians and job sites
Preferred
- Video editing experience using editing software
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business
- Photography skills
- Graphic design skills
- Experience using social media scheduling tools
