Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage EB5 Capital’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube)
  • Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and key business moments
  • Monitor analytics and continuously optimize content
  • Engage with our audience and grow our digital community
  • Own and manage our overall digital presence, including website updates, and press releases
  • Manage our Meta ad campaigns
  • Analyze performance across our various platforms; help optimize content and determine what trends and tactics are most effective
  • Utilize the Newslever platform to analyze engagement and competitor activity
  • Operate company-provided cameras on location for project features, team spotlights, and events
  • Edit and produce polished video content using Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Film, Design, or related field
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally
  • Hands-on camera operation and video editing skills
  • Proficiency in Final Cut Pro and/or Adobe Premiere
  • Strong graphic design skills – Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and content strategy
  • Experience with LinkedIn and Instagram growth strategies preferred
  • Ability to travel three (3) to four (4) times per year to company project sites
  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut preferred
