We need a content creator to produce content for our AI real estate platform Tranchi across Instagram and Twitter/X.

The accounts are @yazanghezlan and @dscrmarc.

Style reference — make content that looks like these accounts:

@benkelly (Instagram)

@yazanghezlan (Instagram)

No talking head videos. All content is visual — slides, motion graphics, text overlays, b-roll, screen recordings, and data-driven posts. Clean, modern, educational.

What you'll create:

- Instagram carousel/slide posts (educational, data-driven)

- Instagram Reels (non-talking head — text on screen, b-roll, motion graphics, screen recordings of the AI platform, trending audio)

- Twitter/X posts (short-form text + image or video)

- Instagram Stories (templates we can reuse)

Volume:

- 5-7 Instagram posts per week (mix of carousels and Reels)

- 5-7 Twitter/X posts per week - Ongoing — this is a long-term role, not a one-time project

Requirements:

- Portfolio with Instagram and/or Twitter content you've created for a tech, AI, or real estate brand

- Experience creating non-talking-head Reels (text-on-screen, motion graphics, b-roll edits, screen recording edits)

- Experience creating carousel/slide posts

- Understands Instagram and Twitter/X algorithms and best practices - Can match the visual style of @benkelly and @yazanghezlan - Reliable — delivers on time every week
