Responsibilities

• Help manage Skyview's social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Publish content and help maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Track content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in planning and maintaining a content calendar.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, Facebook content, LinkedIn posts, and YouTube Shorts.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content featuring projects, customers, employees, and company culture.
• Edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar software.
• Write captions, social media copy, and basic video scripts.

Requirements

• Current college student or recent graduate studying Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.
• Comfortable visiting construction job sites and interacting with employees and customers.
• Basic experience with video editing and design tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, Premiere Rush, or similar platforms.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and willing to take initiative.
• Creative thinker who enjoys trying new ideas and learning what works.

Preferred

• Experience running a personal social media account, YouTube channel, TikTok account, or content page.
• Experience creating viral or high-performing content.
• Portfolio of social media content, photography, video editing, or graphic design work.
