Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content (Primary Focus)
• - Shoot short-form video (Reels, TikTok-style content) multiple times a week - team moments, market updates, client wins, behind-the-scenes of the business
• - Plan, shoot, edit, and post content across Instagram and Facebook (our most active platform)
• - Help build and maintain a content calendar that supports our brand voice: educational, data-driven, professional but personable
• - Capture content that speaks to our core audience - home buyers and sellers in Southwest Indiana as well as other real estate agents
• - Stay on top of what's working and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Additional Support
• - Coordinate listing logistics: photo scheduling, coordinating errand running, and other listing launch tasks
• - Support the team with day-to-day office tasks including preparing and printing marketing materials
