Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy & Execution:
• - Develop and execute an ongoing social media strategy primarily across LinkedIn and X , as well as other relevant industry channels.
• - Develop, maintain, and manage a monthly social media content calendar.
• - Create and publish approximately 3–4 high-quality LinkedIn posts and 3–5 additional social posts per week across designated channels.
• - Develop approximately 6–8 pieces of founder/executive content based on leadership perspectives, existing materials, industry developments, and company priorities.
• - Translate complex technical information into clear, credible, and engaging social content for customers, partners, industry influencers, and prospective employees.
• - Develop thought-leadership content around topics such as AI infrastructure, networking, data centers, scalability, performance, hyperscale computing, and emerging technology trends .
• - Identify strategies and content opportunities designed to increase awareness and engagement among hyperscalers and other priority enterprise technology audiences .
• - Maintain an ongoing social publishing schedule and ensure content is delivered consistently and on time.
• Content Development & Repurposing:

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field , ideally within B2B technology.
• Strong preference for experience within networking, AI, cloud infrastructure, data centers, semiconductors, enterprise technology, or related technical markets .
• Demonstrated experience managing B2B social media programs, particularly on LinkedIn and X .
• Strong understanding of the technology ecosystem and the ability to quickly comprehend complex technical topics.
• Ability to independently turn technical and business information into clear, engaging social content.
• Demonstrated experience repurposing existing content, particularly video and long-form content , into effective social posts and assets.
• Strong understanding of social media best practices, audience engagement, and thought-leadership strategies.
• Experience identifying relevant third-party content and industry conversations for brand and executive engagement.
• Understanding of hyperscalers and enterprise technology audiences and how to develop content strategies that reach and engage them.
• Experience supporting executive or founder thought leadership.
