Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create social-first graphics, carousel posts, and visual assets using tools like Canva
- Edit short-form video content using CapCut (TikTok, Reels)
- Assist in filming and content production, including occasional on-camera appearances
- Support execution of monthly content calendars across Instagram and TikTok
- Proactively source and pitch TikTok and Instagram content ideas, trends, and formats
- Assist with caption writing, hooks, and on-screen text
- Organize and maintain content calendars, assets, and trackers
- Collaborate on content shoots and creative direction
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, strategy, and performance goals
Requirements
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content trends and best practices
- Proficiency in CapCut and Canva is required
- Comfortable filming and editing short-form video content
- Comfortable being on camera for select content
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
- Passion for beauty, fashion, and wellness marketing
- Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking is a plus
