Job Summary

Drive social-first content creation for Behold’s beauty, fashion, and wellness brands in a remote, part-time contract role focused on TikTok/Instagram graphics, video edits, and on-camera content.

  • Own creation of graphics, edits, and captioned content for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Must-have: Proficiency in CapCut and Canva with strong trend awareness.
  • Standout: Remote, part-time role starting at 15 hours/week with potential growth to 25–30 hours.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create social-first graphics, carousel posts, and visual assets using tools like Canva
  • Edit short-form video content using CapCut (TikTok, Reels)
  • Assist in filming and content production, including occasional on-camera appearances
  • Support execution of monthly content calendars across Instagram and TikTok
  • Proactively source and pitch TikTok and Instagram content ideas, trends, and formats
  • Assist with caption writing, hooks, and on-screen text
  • Organize and maintain content calendars, assets, and trackers
  • Collaborate on content shoots and creative direction
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, strategy, and performance goals

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content trends and best practices
  • Proficiency in CapCut and Canva is required
  • Comfortable filming and editing short-form video content
  • Comfortable being on camera for select content
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
  • Passion for beauty, fashion, and wellness marketing
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking is a plus
