Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Scheduling & Publishing (Primary)
  • Upload and schedule posts on: - Instagram - LinkedIn
  • Ensure proper formatting (captions, tags, spacing)
  • Maintain posting consistency based on weekly calendar
  • Content Coordination
  • Manage content flow between: - Founder (direction + ideas) - Designer
  • Track status of all posts: - Idea → Editing → Review → Scheduled → Posted
  • Ensure nothing falls behind or gets missed
  • Notion Content Management
  • Maintain and update content calendar

Requirements

  • Part-time availability: 10–15 hours per week
  • Unpaid internship for college credit
  • Must be eligible to receive academic credit through your institution
  • Notion (content calendar + task board)
  • Google Drive (assets)
  • Instagram + LinkedIn schedulers

Preferred

  • Organized and detail-oriented
