Job Summary

Own social content creation and posting for a local real estate team, with a focus on short-form video and platform that supports home buyers, sellers, and agents.

Content Creation & Calendar: Shoot, edit, and post reels/tiktoks across Instagram and Facebook and help maintain a brand-aligned content calendar.
Audience & Brand Voice: Capture education-driven content tailored to Southwest Indiana home buyers, sellers, and local agents.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Shoot short-form video (Reels, TikTok-style content) multiple times a week - team moments, market updates, client wins, behind-the-scenes of the business
Plan, shoot, edit, and post content across Instagram and Facebook (our most active platform)
Help build and maintain a content calendar that supports our brand voice: educational, data-driven, professional but personable
Capture content that speaks to our core audience - home buyers and sellers in Southwest Indiana as well as other real estate agents
Stay on top of what's working and bring fresh ideas to the table
Coordinate listing logistics: photo scheduling, coordinating errand running, and other listing launch tasks
Support the team with day-to-day office tasks including preparing and printing marketing materials
