Responsibilities

• Assist in managing 3–5 social media accounts across the Cohost family of brands
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Schedule and publish content across social platforms
• Write captions that reflect each brand's voice
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all brands
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages
• Identify trends and adapt them to fit our brands
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content planning and execution
• Capture photo and video content during events, behind-the-scenes moments, kitchen operations, tastings, and venue tours
• Attend approximately two-three events per month to capture real-time social content

Requirements

• Has experience creating content for social media, either professionally or through personal projects
• Has a strong eye for photography, videography, and visual storytelling
• Is comfortable creating short-form video content, especially Instagram Reels and Stories
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented when managing content libraries
• Has strong writing and communication skills
• understands current social media trends and platform best practices
• Can work independently while collaborating closely with our marketing team
• Is comfortable working evenings and weekends for select events
• Has a passion for hospitality, food, events, and creating engaging content
• Availability: Evening and weekend availability is required as needed, including attendance at approximately two-three events per month
