Responsibilities

• Assist with publishing and distributing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other social platforms
• Create and edit Instagram carousels, collages and other social graphics using Canva
• Help repurpose existing content across multiple social platforms
• Link featured products across Amazon Storefront, LTK and other affiliate platforms
• Help maintain an organized and efficient content workflow
• Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, viral formats and emerging content opportunities
• Identify opportunities to improve or repurpose high-performing content
• Assist with filming social media content, including taking photos and videos
• Edit short-form video for organic social media and paid advertising
• Use tools such as CapCut and/or Edits to create polished, engaging short-form content

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
• Proficiency with Canva
• Strong understanding of social media content and current trends
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable taking high-quality photos and videos using a smartphone
• Previous social media management experience is strongly preferred, ideally 2–3 years.
• No specific college degree is required. We care more about your experience, creativity, judgment, organization and understanding of social media.
