Job Summary

Own and evolve FSC’s social media program to be narrative-driven, campaign-focused, and globally governed, translating strategic objectives into integrated content, multimedia formats, and data-informed improvements that drive engagement, credibility, and regional alignment.

Job Description

Own and evolve FSC’s social media program to be narrative-driven, campaign-focused, and globally governed, translating strategic objectives into integrated content, multimedia formats, and data-informed improvements that drive engagement, credibility, and regional alignment.

  • Social strategy governance: shape role of social media within FSC’s communications and regional adaptations.
  • Campaign design: plan and oversee integrated campaigns, editorial calendars, and narrative series.
  • Content development: lead creative direction and multimedia production for platform-appropriate outputs.
  • Content planning discipline: establish proactive workflows to reduce reactive posting and enable long-term storytelling.
  • Campaign frameworks: define objectives, messaging, content mix, timelines, and evaluation approaches.
  • Editorial cycles: lead social media planning cycles including calendars, thematic series, and bursts.
  • Performance tracking: define and monitor indicators (engagement, reach, conversion, narrative traction) and drive improvements.
  • Analytics translation: convert data into actionable recommendations for content, campaigns, and channel strategy.
  • Creative leadership: guide social outputs to align with FSC’s institutional voice and audience needs.
  • Story formats: design structured formats and storytelling approaches for consistency and recognition across platforms.
  • Several years of professional experience in social media or digital communications at mid to senior level.
  • Strong experience in campaign planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Experience working with analytics and performance measurement in social media.
  • Exposure to multimedia content creation or coordination (not necessarily hands-on production).
  • At least four years managing a team.
  • At least five years experience dealing with or managing creative agencies.
