Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule original content across active social media platforms to grow brand presence, increase engagement, and attract followers
• Manage day-to-day account operations including monitoring, community engagement, and direct messaging using scheduling and automation tools
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to support targeted reach and lead generation; support expansion to additional ad platforms as scope evolves
• Manage Omega's online reputation across assigned platforms, responding to comments and reviews with urgency and professionalism
• Evaluate and expand the brand's presence on emerging and additional platforms as priorities are identified
• Utilize all available platforms to track and report social media campaigns, KPIs and to provide actionable performance improvements
• Manage allocated resources for specific projects within established budgetary guidelines
• Produce, shoot, and edit video content for social media, website galleries, digital platforms, walkthroughs, and community features
• Shoot and edit 3D tours for homes and communities
• Oversee, train, and support the sales and marketing team on video platform tools and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or creative production
• Experience in residential construction or real estate a plus
