Responsibilities

• Your primary focus is storytelling through short-form videos of our finished products, which fall into several niches like planters, bookshelf decor, and gaming gear. While your main playground will be Tiktok, with reposting/optimizing for Instagram and Facebook, we are looking for someone who can help us eventually expand into Tiktok lives and other interactive content.
• Showing the Products: Filming high-quality, steady, and engaging videos of our finished 3D printed products.
• Trend Execution: Finding the right sounds, transitions, and themes to keep our feed fresh.
• Looking Ahead: Helping us brainstorm and eventually execute TikTok Lives and other expanding social media formats.
• Production & Packing: Jumping in to pack orders and assisting with production tasks to ensure our customers get their items on time- especially during busy streaks!

Requirements

• Flexible & Local: You are near Westfield and are looking for approximately 10-15 hours to start, with a schedule that can stay semi-flexible as we grow.
• The Steady Hand: You have a great eye for lighting and composition. Your footage is smooth, clear, and vibey.
• Trend Fluent: You understand TikTok culture and how to make products look “must-have.”
• Niche Interests: You’re into at least one of these: Gaming, Reading/Books, or Gardening/Plants.
• Team Player: You’re just as happy packing for a customer as you are editing a video.
• Authentic Voice: you aren’t afraid to show your personality. We want someone who can talk about our products and niche hobbies with genuine excitement.
• The Details: Equipment: We provide the tools and equipment you’ll need.
• Training: We provide training on our specific products and 3D printing process.
