Job Summary

Own the end-to-end creation and distribution of short-form content, from filming and editing to posting and engagement, while driving client partnerships and commissions.

Content creation: film and edit short-form videos and manage posting across social platforms.
Operations & posting: upload, engage, and schedule content with consistent posting cadence.
Business development: partner with brand stakeholders to bring in new clients and earn commission.

Responsibilities

Filming short-form content (we train you)
Editing and delivering short-form videos (remote or hybrid)
Content management and posting (Social Media Managers / Posters)
Handle uploading, engagement, and scheduling
Sales & Brand Partners – bring in new clients and earn commission

Requirements

Owns a reliable car and can travel when needed
Must be responsive by text between 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
Dependable, organized, and easy to work with
Comfortable around people and cameras
Interested in social media, creative work, and brand storytelling
No experience required — we train you on everything
