Job Summary
Own hands-on content creation and social delivery for a Florida roster, coordinating film, edit, and posting across multiple cities while building client partnerships and earning commissions.
- Content creation ownership: film short-form content with training and deliver timely videos.
- Social and posting: manage uploads, engagement, and scheduling across platforms.
- Partnership & growth: build sales/brand partnerships to bring in clients and earn commission.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Content Creators / Filmers â film short-form content (we train you)
- Video Editors â edit and deliver short-form videos (remote or hybrid)
- Social Media Managers / Posters â handle uploading, engagement, and scheduling
- Sales & Brand Partners â bring in new clients and earn commission
- Weâre building our roster across multiple roles â filming, editing, content management, and posting
- Travel across Orlando, Miami, Jacksonville, Fort Myers, and beyond (gas reimbursed on shoot days)
Requirements
- No experience required â we train you on everything
- Owns a reliable car and can travel when needed
- Comfortable around people and cameras
- Dependable, organized, and easy to work with
- Willing to travel across Florida (Orlando, Miami, Jacksonville, Fort Myers, and beyond)
- Able to be responsive by text between 9:30 AMâ6:30 PM
Preferred
- Interest in social media, creative work, and brand storytelling
