Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize ads to improve ROI and conversion rates
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to ensure effective targeting
  • Develop ad creatives, messaging strategies, and campaign structures aligned with marketing goals
  • Manage advertising budgets and monitor spending efficiency
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to produce high-performing ad campaigns
  • Perform A/B testing on ad formats, visuals, copy, and targeting strategies
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to leadership
  • Stay updated with evolving social media advertising trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms and campaign management tools
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote team environments
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Must possess valid authorization to work in the United States

Nice To Have

  • Experience managing high-budget or multi-channel digital advertising campaigns
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and audience retargeting
  • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed marketing team
