Own paid social execution across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest with tight measurement, testing, and scaling ownership.

Growth & Execution: Plan, run, and optimize paid social campaigns across three platforms with a clear CPA/ROAS target framework.
Audience & Creative Testing: Run lookalike/interest tests and creative A/B experiments to find winning angles.
Tracking & Attribution: Set up pixel events and attribution windows and report weekly on spend efficiency and scaling recommendations.

Job Description

Plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest
Write ad copy and brief the creative team on winning ad concepts
Set up pixel tracking, conversion events, and attribution correctly
Optimize campaigns daily for CPA, CTR, and ROAS
Conduct audience testing — lookalikes, interest targeting, retargeting
Run creative A/B tests to find winning angles
Report weekly on spend efficiency and recommendations for scaling or cutting

No degree required
Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns
Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager — TikTok Ads experience is a strong plus
Understanding of pixel setup, custom conversions, and attribution windows
Data-literate — you can read a dashboard and make decisions quickly
Creative eye for what performs — strong ad creative matters

Hourly pay of $19–$28/hr
