Responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging posts featuring weddings, events, and venue highlights
• Capture behind-the-scenes content and real event moments
• Manage and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries across platforms
• Collaborate with photographers, vendors, and clients for content
• Track engagement and help grow our online presence
• Promote open houses, specials, and seasonal events
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Schedule venue tours and client consultations
• Maintain calendars and booking systems
• Support event coordination and vendor communication

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Creative eye for content and aesthetics
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest)
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office
• Experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or marketing not required but a plus.

Preferred

• Experience in non-profit or venue settings.
