Responsibilities

• Manage 10–15 client social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Plan, script, film, edit, and publish engaging social media content.
• Write captions and coordinate content calendars.
• Communicate with clients regarding approvals, revisions, and strategy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer incoming office calls and assist with general client inquiries when needed.
• Participate in on-site content shoots throughout South Florida.
• Be willing to travel occasionally for out-of-state client shoots as the company grows (travel expenses covered).
• Stay current on social media trends and platform updates.
• Collaborate with our team to develop creative marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience working at a social media marketing agency managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Proficient with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
• Experience creating short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Comfortable filming content both behind and in front of the camera when needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel occasionally for client content shoots.
