📍 The Role: Social Leasing Specialist

We’re looking for an outgoing, motivated, social-media-savvy Social Leasing Specialist to join our on-site team in Greenville, TX.

This is NOT your average office job. 🚫💻

This role is part leasing consultant, part content creator, part customer experience pro, and part social butterfly. 🦋

You’ll be the face of the property online and in person — connecting with prospects, answering social media inquiries, creating fun content, giving tours, and helping future residents find their new home.

🎯 Your mission: Turn clicks into tours… and tours into leases.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

📞 Leasing + Sales

• Follow up with new leads quickly and confidently
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule tours
• Give engaging property tours that get people excited to apply
• Guide applicants through the leasing and move-in process
• Help convert inquiries into signed leases

📱 Social Media + Online Engagement

• Respond to Facebook Marketplace messages, comments, DMs, and online inquiries
• Help create videos, reels, unit walkthroughs, and social media posts
• Keep the property active, fresh, and engaging online
• Interact with reviews and social conversations to build buzz around the community

🏡 Resident Experience + Retention

• Build strong relationships with current residents
• Assist with renewals and retention communication
• Help plan fun resident events and outreach
• Be the friendly face residents know and trust

🤝 Team Collaboration

• Work closely with on-site management and our corporate marketing team
• Brainstorm creative leasing ideas and outreach strategies
• Help improve occupancy, online visibility, and resident satisfaction

✨ Bonus Points If You Have:

• Leasing or apartment industry experience
• Customer service or sales background
• Social media/content creation experience
• CRM or lease software knowledge

This role supports our Greenville market communities, so reliable transportation and willingness to travel between properties is a must.
