Own and optimize prevention education programs with data driven evaluation, rapid response, and wide community outreach, while coordinating assets and service design to improve youth outcomes.

Program administration and evaluation with data collection and impact tracking
Community outreach, referrals, and information dissemination to connect youth with services
Immediate response, asset-building activities, and development of lesson plans and training aids

Job Description

Administers, coordinates and oversees programs
Attend recreational center Support Service meetings
Deliver a restorative-based system
Create and oversee data collection and program evaluation processes
Provide monthly reports to the Assistant Director of Prevention Education
Coordinate requests for Prevention Education services
Outreach and information dissemination
Referral and referral readiness
Immediate response and support
Prevention education including asset-building groups, research-based curricula, planned duplication and booster sessions
