Responsibilities

• Edit long-form videos into short-form clips (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
• Create thumbnails, banners, and simple social graphics
• Publish across YouTube, Substack, Instagram, TikTok, and internal platforms
• Maintain posting calendars for multiple brands
• Write smart, on-brand titles, descriptions, and captions
• Turn transcripts into polished posts and summaries
• Ensure tone consistency across different voices and brands

Requirements

• Experience publishing content on YouTube + at least one of: IG, TikTok, or Substack
• Solid video editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, or CapCut)
• Strong writing and editorial judgment
• Ability to match and maintain brand tone
• Graphic design ability (Canva/Figma)
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Fast learner, self-starter
• Calm and reliable under pressure
• Comfortable switching between multiple brands and topics
• Highly detail-oriented

Preferred

• Background in media, publishing, or documentary-style content
• Comfort with crypto/markets, wellness, or scientific language
• Experience writing episode descriptions or summaries
