Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes and interprets data from all digital platforms such as social media and website analytics to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and pinpoint areas for improvement to increase reach, impressions, and retention.
  • Develops, compiles and utilizes performance metrics and dashboards to propose innovative, data-driven strategic ideas, including organic and paid campaigns, aimed at boosting digital presence, public awareness, audience engagement and for improving our social media performance.
  • Analyzes all available data to identify and recommend key focus areas for improvement
  • Monitors and reports on NJ donor registry rate. Segments and analyzes relevant data and offer insights to develop new initiatives aimed at expanding the state donor registry and provide strategic recommendations to enhance donor registration.
  • Participates in meetings with leadership from others department to discuss and develop cross-departmental projects and initiatives. Provide updates and recommendations on collaborative campaigns to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Develops and implements timelines, design, development, editing and distribution of internal and external communication, promotional materials, publications and web communications ensuring accuracy, timely production and distribution.
  • Facilitates initiatives to increase the level of engagement and programs with hospital partners, media partners, educational institutions, religious institutions and multicultural communities etc.
  • Produces content and design for traditional, digital publications, social media/web platform content and design to ensure accurate and up to date information.
  • Assists with the volunteer program and community events.
  • Establishes and fosters relationships with community members to enhance public education programs and expand NJ Sharing Network’s reach among the general public.
  • Responsible for public inquiry where appropriate.
  • Participates in staff meetings, clinical meetings, committees and other relevant meetings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • A minimum of one to two years’ communications and public education experience in a non-profit environment required.

Preferred

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manage preferred.
  • Experience with WordPress preferred.
