Responsibilities

Create and post high-quality social content to ACLUM’s core platforms daily (LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, Instagram, TikTok)
Develop and maintain the departmental publishing calendar for social content
Facilitate the post-approval process with directors and the National ACLU communications team
Capture photo and video content at ACLUM events and activities; edit content for posts, campaign materials, and publications
Design social media and website graphics in alignment with brand and copy standards
Create social media toolkits for coalition partners and supporters
Monitor engagement and comments on social platforms
Draft rapid response posts with input from relevant departments
Support the Audience Engagement Manager in setting up and monitoring paid social campaigns
Monitor and report on social media analytics; stay current on trends and recommend strategy updates
