Analyze data to continually improve creative and distribution strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop platform-specific content strategies that drive measurable audience growth.
Produce short-form and long-form content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta and emerging platforms.
Edit engaging short-form videos optimized for each platform.
Write compelling captions, hooks, and social copy.
Analyze content performance and continually improve creative based on data.
Brainstorm and pitch new content ideas every week.
Work directly with talent, clients, producers, editors, and designers.
Manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand messaging.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
Experience managing and growing social media channels, including Meta properties, TikTok and Twitter/X.
Experience managing and growing YouTube channels, with a strong understanding of YouTube Studio analytics, audience retention, thumbnail strategy, SEO, and subscriber growth.
Familiarity with YouTube Shorts and cross-platform content distribution strategies.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, hooks, and audience retention across short-form and long-form digital content.
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Strong video and photo editing skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with social media analytics tools.

Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve a plus
Proficiency in CapCut a plus
Proficiency in Edits a plus
Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google AdWords is a plus
