Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Launch and grow Crunchyroll’s manga social channels across priority platforms.
  • Own content strategy and calendar, aligning with brand, editorial, and growth goals.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination to develop, approve, and publish social content.
  • Write platform-native copy and manage scheduling and publishing.
  • Build and engage an active manga fan community while monitoring trends and sentiment.
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs; optimize content through data-driven insights and testing.
  • Align social initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and key launches.

Requirements

  • 5+ years previous experience with community management
  • Familiar with social media management and stay up to date with social media best practices
  • We are considering applicants within the United States.
  • There will be 40 hours a week available, ideally evenly broken out every other day in equal amounts.
