Job Description

Responsibilities\n- Own - Creator & Affiliate Program Execution: Support day-to-day TikTok Shop affiliate and creator program management across multiple clients.\n- Assist with creator outreach, follow-ups, re-engagement messages, affiliate approvals, sample coordination, and campaign setup.\n- Help identify creators who are a strong fit for client products, campaigns, and performance goals.\n- Support paid affiliate / creator activation workflows, including tracking creators, deliverables, product shipments, posting status, and performance.\n- Maintain organized creator lists, outreach trackers, sample trackers, and campaign documentation.\n- Help ensure creators receive clear instructions, product information, timelines, and expectations.\n- Sampling & Backend Operations: Support product sampling workflows inside TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center.\n- Help monitor sample volume, approval status, creator acceptance, shipment status, content output, and product availability.\n- Flag operational issues quickly, including low sample acceptance, out-of-stock products, weak creator response, or low content throughput.\n- Assist with backend tasks such as approving samples, creating campaign links, checking affiliate settings, updating trackers, and escalating issues.\n- Partner with internal team members to make sure sampling strategy is being executed accurately and consistently.\n- Client Support & Meeting Prep: Prepare client agendas, weekly updates, and tactical account notes.\n- Pull performance updates and help organize insights for client calls.\n- Document what is happening across each client account: creator activity, sampling progress, content volume, GMV trends, blockers, and next steps.\n- Prepare internal updates and collaborate with senior leadership on go-forward strategy.\n- Support follow-up tasks after client calls to ensure execution does not stall.\n- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Update dashboards, trackers, and recurring reports tied to creator and affiliate program health.\n- Monitor key performance indicators such as sample volume, creator acceptance, video output, clicks, conversions, GMV, content performance, and affiliate activity.\n- Identify tactical opportunities, such as products that need creator re-engagement, campaigns with low sample-to-video conversion, or creators who should be reactivated.\n- Maintain clean, accurate data.
