Responsibilities

• Client Relations - Key client contact on a large retained social account with the ability to develop strong relationships, handle difficult situations with senior clients and drive excellence in our output
• Also client & stakeholder liaison across complex projects and campaigns
• Social and content - Ability to lead and present on strategic and creative thinking and come across as a consultant
• Act as a guardian and catalyst for best in class innovative content, working hand in hand with creatives
• Key strategic content lead, constantly evaluating success of strategy and opportunities for evolution
• Account Delivery and growth - End-to-end delivery of large accounts and complex projects, overcoming obstacles, demonstrating agility, and leading with clarity from a client and internal perspective
• Lead on effective collaboration within your accounts
• Oversight of large teams and accounts to ensure account health, quality control, and proactivity – including acting as the client escalation point where necessary – as well as commercials account growth
• Opportunities - Collaborate with other seniors across the business on proposals, pitches, etc – acting as a connector between various disciplines (e.g. performance, creative, etc)
• Bring a strategic point of view on overall approach, and social content
