Assist patients and drive referrals for Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab by building community relationships and coordinating admissions.

  • Build community relationships to drive new patient referrals.
  • Coordinate admissions intake with the in-take coordinator.
  • Collaborate with admissions and care teams to convert inquiries into admissions.
