Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) from raw clips, AI-generated footage, and B-roll: cutting, captions, hooks, pacing, music, and on-brand text.
• Build carousels and image-based posts from templates and provided copy.
• Write and adapt captions for each platform in the client's voice.
• Schedule and publish across up to 6 platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) using our third party scheduling tool Vista Social.
• Keep a content calendar and hit a consistent posting cadence.
• This role does not include community/DM management or paid ads. It's content production and scheduling.

Requirements

• Already make or edit short-form video, even just your own.
• Are reliable and detail-oriented.
• Take feedback well and want to get better fast.
• Communicate proactively and can work from a clear brief on your own.
• Understand what makes content watchable: hooks, pacing, trends.

Preferred

• Experience with AI content tools (image and video generation, AI avatars like HeyGen).
• Design skills for carousels and profile/banner assets.
• Interest in the coaching, consulting, or personal-brand space.
