Responsibilities

• planning, producing, and editing video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms.
• collaborating with internal teams and clients to develop concepts,
• managing production schedules, coordinating multimedia assets, and overseeing the full video production process from pre-production through post-production.
• create motion graphics, optimize video content for various channels, maintain organized project files, and ensure brand consistency and quality standards are met.
• mentoring junior team members, contributing to creative strategy, and supporting the continuous improvement of video workflows.

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in Video Production and Multimedia, including planning, shooting, and managing video projects.
• Strong Video Editing and Video Post-Production skills, with experience in industry-standard editing software and workflows.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics to enhance visual storytelling and brand presence.
• Experience producing marketing-focused Skits, Reaction Videos and Topical Content.
• Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
• The primary function of this role will be producing, filming and editing the show "Out Cold w/ Chuck "The Iceman" Liddell" as well as creating skits and sponsor content.

Preferred

• Prior experience in a lead or senior video role is preferred, including mentoring or guiding other creatives.
• Relevant education or training in film, media production, digital media, or a related field is beneficial.
