Job Summary
Own and scale a search engine marketing engine by building a small, capable team, standardizing processes, and driving measurable organic and paid performance for hundreds of dealer sites.
- Growth Infrastructure: Build a scalable SEO/SEA program and automate repetitive tasks across hundreds of dealer sites.
- Demand Generation: Own keyword research, on-page/local SEO, content recommendations, and paid search optimization with GA4 and Google Ads.
- Operations & Leadership: Lead a small team, establish processes, dashboards, and reporting for performance and share results with stakeholders.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of up to three SEO/SEM specialists.
- Manage search marketing strategies for a large portfolio of dealership websites while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Develop scalable SEO and paid search programs that can be efficiently implemented across hundreds of clients.
- Prioritize work based on business impact, client needs, and team capacity.
- Establish processes, documentation, and quality standards that improve efficiency and consistency.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify opportunities to improve site health, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and organic performance.
- Oversee keyword research, on-page optimization, local SEO, content recommendations, link-building strategies, and competitive analysis.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including budgeting, bidding strategies, audience targeting, ad copy testing, and conversion optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and communicate results through meaningful reporting and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Customer Success, and Account Management teams and the Website Builders to implement SEO best practices within our website platform.
