Own the core client marketing program by turning goals and data into actionable strategies, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns on schedule, and surfacing growth opportunities through regular performance reviews.

Strategy & Execution: design and optimize SEO, content, and analytics-driven campaigns aligned with client objectives.
Collaboration & Reporting: coordinate with leadership, manage timelines, and deliver bi-weekly to quarterly performance updates.
Growth & Innovation: identify upsell opportunities and apply AI-driven techniques to improve results.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and implement custom marketing strategies based on client goals, industry best practices, and performance data
Collaborate with the Associate Director to set and obtain approval for client goals using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Ahrefs
Develop creative briefs and content campaigns driven by competitor and audience insights
Apply strategic frameworks like LTV:CAC modeling, Share of SERP, and Content Production to optimize campaigns
Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of client initiatives using project management tools such as Asana
Delegate tasks to specialists, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring quality and deadlines are met
Coordinate with project managers to set task assignments, due dates, and facilitate communication
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and clear communication
Provide regular updates on project progress, performance metrics, and strategic insights through bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Conduct business review presentations and identify opportunities for client growth, upselling, and referrals

Requirements

Proven success in SEO and content strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building
Experience analyzing website traffic and SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Ahrefs
Strong communication skills with experience in client-facing roles
Familiarity with industry tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and other crawling tools
Exceptional organizational, project management, and time-management skills
Passion for digital marketing, SEO, and content development
Agency experience preferred
Experience working with B2B technology or SaaS companies
Ability to stay ahead of industry trends, including AI and automation advancements
Proficiency in data analysis and goal setting based on multiple data sources
