Own the daily execution and growth of client SEO programs, partnering across teams to uncover opportunities, deliver data-driven insights, and own the client-facing strategy and reports.

SEO Research & Audits: lead keyword and technical/content audits, and propose improvements that improve ranking and performance.
Client Collaboration & Reporting: own data-driven briefs, monthly AISEO-informed reports, and strategy conversations with clients.
Growth & Automation: identify automation opportunities, develop scalable processes, and contribute to AI-assisted SEO task workflows.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Help clients websites show up higher in search results and AI overviews so more people can find them naturally.
Prepare data-driven reports using Google Analytics and Google Search Console, creating monthly briefs that are AISEO-driven for B2B and B2C clients
Own SEO research and keyword audits in support of client work
Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities for ranking and performance
Participate in and lead client meetings and daily meetings with team members across Paid Media, SEO, and Account Management teams to develop strategy and content for clients
Help identify areas of opportunity for internal or external growth with the evolving SEO landscape
Have completed onboarding, understand our client operations, and begin work on your first projects
Be autonomous in regular SEO tasks and able to execute day-to-day work without supervision
Begin owning your book of business, producing client reports, leading conversations, and delivering presentations directly to clients
Act as a team player who jumps in to help when others call on you or you see the opportunity, and solving problems for others

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience doing technical audits and content audits for local businesses of small to medium size
Client-facing experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog to gather data for monthly reports and technical audits, create client reports, and develop recommendations from them
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment, where communication is primarily through Slack and Email
Comfort creating content briefs for writers and web developers to execute on using SEO foundational knowledge and strategy with the support of AI
Knowledge of SEO tools like Screaming Frog, Moz, and SEMrush and a desire to learn more tools and tech to support doing work faster and better
