Responsibilities

• Building monthly SEO reports using Google Search Console, GA4, and Data Studio
• Reviewing reporting data for accuracy and identifying notable trends
• Attending client meetings, documenting action items, and completing follow-up tasks
• Coordinating projects with writers, developers, designers, and other internal team members
• Maintaining project timelines and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule
• Following SEO best practices and internal standard operating procedures
• Supporting SEO campaigns for a portfolio of client accounts
• Conducting keyword research and preparing content requests
• Uploading, formatting, and publishing website content
• Optimizing metadata, internal links, and other on-page SEO elements

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with data and analytics reporting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices
• Comfortable learning new tools and processes
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Preferred

• Experience with WordPress
• Experience using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, or Looker Studio
• Familiarity with local SEO
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Experience working in a marketing agency
• Content writing or editing experience
