Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies across multiple projects and campaigns.
• Conduct technical SEO analysis and identify opportunities for website improvements.
• Optimize websites and digital campaigns to improve organic search visibility.
• Monitor search engine performance and identify opportunities for increased traffic and conversions.
• Manage and optimize Google AdWords campaigns.
• Apply SEO best practices across content, technical infrastructure, and website architecture.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues that may affect search performance.
• Analyze SEO and PPC performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to implement optimization strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated experience with technical SEO.
• Experience optimizing websites and digital marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of paid search and Google AdWords.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify SEO opportunities and develop effective optimization strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote environment.
• Experience working independently while collaborating with distributed teams.

Preferred

• Experience working in a technology, recruitment, or agency environment.
• Experience managing SEO across multiple websites or campaigns.
• Knowledge of PPC strategy and optimization.
• Familiarity with SEO analytics and reporting platforms.
• Understanding of website performance, indexing, crawling, and technical search factors.
