Responsibilities

• Coordinate SEO Specialist tasks across campaigns, content, communications, client requests, and reporting priorities for Jewelry Store Marketers.
• Maintain campaign calendars, asset status, approvals, and supporting documentation so marketing work moves on schedule. This supports the SEO Specialist role. The work is completed for Jewelry Store Marketers.
• Review performance data and prepare clear updates that connect SEO Specialist activity with measurable campaign or audience outcomes. The work is completed for Jewelry Store Marketers.
• Work with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, or creative partners to keep deliverables accurate, consistent, and on brand. This supports the SEO Specialist role. The work is completed for Jewelry Store Marketers.
• Quality-check campaign information, content, records, and handoffs before completion and document important changes or decisions. This supports the SEO Specialist role. The work is completed for Jewelry Store Marketers.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform SEO Specialist work, or closely related training/experience, with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
• Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software for Jewelry Store Marketers.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions in the SEO Specialist workflow.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
• Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace for this remote SEO Specialist position.
