SEO, Senior Strategist

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, execution, and ongoing optimization of comprehensive SEO strategies for major client accounts.
• Serve as the primary SEO analyst and strategic advisor, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted SEO expert and key point of contact for strategic discussions.
• Present SEO findings, performance results, and strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, media, and technology teams to integrate SEO best practices into campaigns, websites, and broader marketing initiatives.
• Mentor and support SEO specialists and strategists, helping strengthen their technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and professional development.
• Identify opportunities to improve departmental processes, workflows, and overall quality of work.
• Stay current on SEO trends, search engine updates, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to help drive innovation.
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with strong expertise across technical SEO, content optimization, analytics, and strategic planning.
• Proven experience developing and leading SEO strategies that deliver measurable business results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing senior-level client relationships and confidently presenting strategies, insights, and performance results to key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience, with a passion for helping others grow and succeed.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex SEO concepts clear and understandable to a variety of audiences.
• A collaborative mindset and experience working across multiple departments and disciplines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.
