Responsibilities

• Coordinate SEO Coordinator tasks across campaigns, content, communications, client requests, and reporting priorities for Think Tell Junction.
• Maintain campaign calendars, asset status, approvals, and supporting documentation so marketing work moves on schedule. This supports the SEO Coordinator role. The work is completed for Think Tell Junction.
• Review performance data and prepare clear updates that connect SEO Coordinator activity with measurable campaign or audience outcomes. The work is completed for Think Tell Junction.
• Work with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, or creative partners to keep deliverables accurate, consistent, and on brand. This supports the SEO Coordinator role. The work is completed for Think Tell Junction.
• Quality-check campaign information, content, records, and handoffs before completion and document important changes or decisions. This supports the SEO Coordinator role. The work is completed for Think Tell Junction.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform SEO Coordinator work, or closely related training/experience, with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
• Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software for Think Tell Junction.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions in the SEO Coordinator workflow.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
• Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace for this remote SEO Coordinator position.
