Own the SEO content and optimization stack to drive direct bookings, focusing on keyword discovery, content that converts, and site health.

On-page and content: Optimize landing pages and blog posts with metadata, headers, schema, and internal linking to boost rankings and conversions.
Content strategy and publishing: Write high-intent content and refresh existing pages to grow organic traffic and bookings.
Performance and health: Monitor rankings, Core Web Vitals, and tool-driven insights while coordinating updates and backlink/local references.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and optimize SEO-focused landing pages
Perform on-page SEO improvements including metadata, headers, schema, and internal linking
Identify keyword opportunities with low competition and strong booking intent
Monitor rankings and recommend optimization strategies
Write high-intent blog posts and website content designed to drive bookings
Refresh and optimize existing content
Coordinate content updates, photos, and calls-to-action
Monitor Core Web Vitals and flag technical issues
Implement schema markup and SEO best practices
Assist with website updates and content publishing

Requirements

2+ years of SEO or content marketing experience
Strong writing and copywriting skills
Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar SEO tools
Familiarity with on-page SEO, schema markup, and internal linking
Self-starter comfortable working independently
Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical

Preferred

Hospitality, travel, or vacation rental SEO experience
WordPress experience
Link-building or digital PR experience
Familiarity with analytics platforms like GA4 or PostHog
