Responsibilities

Develop and own the social media strategy across all platforms, with a primary focus on X/Twitter
Manage and grow more than five brand accounts, ensuring a consistent voice and strategic alignment
Define KPIs and benchmarks to measure growth, engagement, and conversion metrics
Identify emerging social channel opportunities and recommend platform investments based on data analysis
Create and lead social-native content strategies, translating brand narratives, product updates, and campaigns into engaging content
Produce and direct high-quality content, emphasizing short-form videos, livestreams, and serialized formats
Collaborate with design, motion, and creative teams to bring concepts to life
Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation, research, and publishing workflows
Implement AI-driven processes to enhance productivity while maintaining brand integrity
Track performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports for leadership

Requirements

8+ years of social media and content marketing experience, with direct ownership of strategy and execution
Proven success in growing social channels and driving measurable impact
Strong editorial instincts for translating technical and narrative content into platform-native formats
Hands-on experience with video content streaming, production, and direction for social media platforms
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for content creation, ideation, and workflow optimization
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and report insights to leadership
Experience managing multiple social accounts, balancing high-volume content with strategic campaigns
Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to brief and collaborate effectively with designers and creative teams
Familiarity with social publishing, scheduling, and listening tools

Preferred

Deep understanding of social-native culture and audiences, including Crypto Twitter/X, builder communities, and developer ecosystems (preferred)
