Monitor and maintain email deliverability, reduce spam compliants, and improve open and click-through rates
Build and maintain dashboards to investigate anomalies and monitor and report on performance
Utilize competitive marketing research and product intelligence to understand the competitive landscape
Collaborate with our PM and engineering teams to create requirements and assist with the development of marketing-related features

Requirements

4+ years of experience in email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in financial services or other highly regulated industries
Proficiency in multichannel marketing platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Marketo, or similar automation tools
Strong technical skills including knowledge of HTML/CSS and working with SQL for querying relational databases
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actions
Experience in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and journey optimization
Proven experience with project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting business priorities
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and campaign quality
Exceptional written communication skills, strong sense of ownership, and attention to detail
