Senior Web Marketing Analyst who defines and interprets A/B tests, builds dashboards, and tracks marketing ROI to drive actionable insights at SolarWinds.

Own A/B/multivariate testing and interpretation with CRO/web marketing teams
Must-have: 2+ years in marketing or web analytics and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint
Strong ability to translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations and scalable ROI reporting

Responsibilities

Work with the Conversion Rate Optimization and Web Marketing teams to define, setup, and interpret A/B and multivariate webpage tests
Develop and deliver dashboards and detailed monthly and quarterly results summaries to management team
Perform ad hoc analyses of websites and/or online marketing channels
Partner with marketing teams to track daily, weekly and monthly business performance against goals and provide trend analysis against prior periods
Develop and refine performance reports to monitor marketing campaigns and activities, and communicate trends and anomalies to teams
Work with marketing analytics leadership to creatively solve key business issues, and identify areas for opportunity
Provide ad hoc and "deep" analysis, synthesize recommendations, and present results
Translate results of complex analytic problems into actionable recommendations or strategies
Develop scalable reporting of marketing ROI, analyze trends, and make recommendations

Requirements

2+ years of experience in marketing or web analytics
Expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and basic graphing features) and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree with analytics or business coursework (Finance, Statistics, etc.)
Familiarity with web testing and analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, Google Analytics
Experience with A/B, multivariate and other web testing and optimization practices
Hands-on web analytics experience for diagnosing issues, identifying opportunities and evaluating performance
Basic knowledge of database architecture and querying (Microsoft SQL), experience with data visualization software (Tableau), or familiarity with online marketing channels (SEO, PPC) is a plus
Familiarity with marketing ROI methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to present data, analyses and insights in a clear and logical manner
Intellectual agility and a sense of urgency
