Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Produce short-form video content for platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube
  • Create and edit 10–20+ new video assets per week across multiple concepts and angles
  • Develop scroll-stopping hooks, narratives, and storylines
  • Translate marketing strategy into high-performing creative
  • Continuously test and iterate content based on performance data
  • Collaborate with marketing and media buying teams to align creative with campaign goals
  • Work with the company’s raw footage and approved assets to create compelling ads
  • Maintain consistency with brand while adapting content for different audiences (parents vs athletes, etc.)
  • Leverage AI tools to increase speed and efficiency — without relying on them as a crutch

Requirements

  • Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
  • VFX/CGI experience
  • Use of AI tools such as Nano Banana, Seedance, etc.
  • Deep understanding of storytelling and pacing
  • Ability to create content that feels native, not overproduced
  • Experience producing short-form, social-first content
  • Strong understanding of brand voice and messaging
  • Experience creating content for paid media (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Understands: Hooks
  • Retention

Preferred

  • Experience in sports, baseball, or athlete-focused brands
  • Understanding of athlete/parent psychology in performance products
  • Motion graphics experience
  • UGC-style content creation experience
