Job Description

Own the Commerce Consulting capability and vision, guiding long term strategy, operating model and growth within a cross‑agency, cross‑Commerce ecosystem.

Executive counsel: Advise senior clients on retail media, digital shelf, marketplaces, omnichannel, data, technology, and organizational change.
Team and IP: Build a multidisciplinary Commerce Consulting team and develop scalable frameworks and intellectual property that differentiate Publicis Commerce.
Growth and partnerships: Identify new opportunities, expand engagements, shape thought leadership, and forge strategic platform/retailer partnerships to drive measurable outcomes.
