Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Growth
  • Proactively develop and implement social growth plans to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with Brand and Sales to integrate social into cross-functional strategies
  • Partner with the Senior Director on go-to-market (GTM) planning to ensure social is aligned and activated ahead of launches, retailer initiatives, and seasonal moments
  • Bring a strong point of how on brands win on social, including education, community building, and evolving best practices
  • Act as the internal voice of our audience, championing a social-first perspective across the business
  • Content Planning, Editing, & Publishing
  • Own and execute the social media calendar, from planning to publishing
  • Produce day-to-day content in front of and behind the camera, including static images and short-form videos
  • Comfortable in front of the camera, operating as a face of the brand as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field ideal
  • Minimum: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing brands’ social channels, including content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis
  • Familiarity with paid, influencer, and UGC integration within organic social strategies
  • Experience working cross-functionally with agencies, creative, paid, and brand teams
