Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute social strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, and emerging platforms
  • Develop platform‑specific growth and engagement strategies
  • Bring the brand’s voice and visual identity to life in partnership with creative
  • Maintain an elevated, editorial, culturally relevant POV
  • Identify trends and cultural moments within fashion, wellness, luxury, and performance
  • Own the master social content calendar across campaigns, launches, and editorial moments
  • Translate brand direction into actionable content plans
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure alignment across messaging and storytelling
  • Partner with creators, agencies, and production teams to support content development
  • Lead day‑to‑day community management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media for luxury fashion, premium lifestyle, apparel, or culturally driven brands
  • Elevated creative judgment and strong taste level
  • Intuitive understanding of culture, storytelling, and audience behavior
  • Strong command of content strategy, platform dynamics, and performance insights
  • Ability to balance brand building with performance‑driven goals
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast‑moving environments
  • Expertise across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
